Creative Director

Creative Director for firm working with licensed properties in Hollywood. Responsibilities included design, art direction, digital production and printing; management of full and part-time art staff; copy writing and editing; implementation and management of digital image scanning department; experimentation and implementation of specialty printing processes (holography, lenticular, specialty media); conceptualization and design of unique and alternative products. Additional responsibilities included systems administration, network management, database & asset management.

Graphic Designer/Tech Support/Researcher

Designer and technician for a small pre-press/film output facility. Responsibilities included design, cleanup and digital production; digital image scanning and pre-press; research and support of advanced color-separation techniques; review and support of emerging technologies. Additional responsibilities included on-site customer training, technical support and systems integration; liaison with professional organizations, including the Professional PostScript Alliance.

Design Instructor/Lab Technician

Graphic Design instructor in the School of the Arts. Courses taught included Marker Techniques, Typography, Production, Intermediate Design, Digital Design and Special Studies. Macintosh lab tech duties included systems support, staff training, software review, purchasing recommendations and student instruction.
